Functionality & Condition Assessments

MBMpl (MBM) was commissioned by City of Ryde Council (CoR) to assess their sportsfield amenity buildings across their portfolio.

MBM’s Building Consultancy (Kevin Creed, Senior Building Surveyor), and BCA team (Stuart Brown, Sebastian Dorey, BCA consultants) assessed the amenity buildings and based on experience and best industry practice could provide City of Ryde Council with a complete audit with recommendations for upgrades, refurbishment and / or demolish and re-build of the sportsfield amenity buildings in the City of Ryde.

The deliverables provided City of Ryde Council (CoR) with an understanding of the functionality and condition of their amenity buildings with a 10 Year programme of works. MBM provided City of Ryde Council with recommendations for upgrades, refurbishment, and capital works forecasts with itemised cost plans (Stephen Flynn, Carlo Ramirez, Cost Planners) for the next ten years.
